Description

Keményfából faragott sajtnyomó. Formája kerek tál alakú, melynek egyik oldalán a tányér fogója és felakasztója van, ezzel ellentétes oldalán a kifolyója. A sajtnyomó egyik oldalán "TSO", egy görög kereszt, majd "An" olvasható, ezután, stilizált egyes szám után 823 van bevésve. A nyomó fenekén egy szívben "Cs A" monogram olvasható.
A sajt préselése az edényben történt.

Tányér átmérője: 41 cm, lefolyó hossza: 10 cm, akasztó hossza: 5,5 cm, nyomó oldalának magassága: 7 cm.
