Die Fotopostkarte zeigt die Aufnahme mehrerer Granaten. Die große Granate in der Mitte des Bildes trägt die Aufschrift "1,45 lang, 13,5, Blindgänger".

Handschriftliche Notiz auf der Rückseite (?):

"Ein englischer Blindgänger, also eine nicht krepierte Granate. Ihr könnt Euch jetzt ein Bild machen, wo solch schweres Geschoss hinkommt, kein Gras mehr wächst. Das Geschoss ist 1,45cm hoch und 38,5cm im Durchmesser. Unten ein Geschoss kleineren Kalibers."
