A kép 1912-ben, az Első Magyar Csavargyár előtt készült, a Váci út 168.-ban. A távolban látható épületet (Váci út 129.) 2012-ben lebontották.

A Csavargyárat 1889-ben alapították a Váci úti gyártelepet 1890-ben építették meg.
