Az 53-55. számú lakóépületek a Bauhaus stílus képviselői. Tervező: Hámor (Hamburger) István.
Szokatlan formájú modern épület, amelyet meghatározott a saroktelek hegyesszögű formája. Így a ház alaprajza is hegyesszögű körcikk alakú lett.
