Description

Wandanschlag in französischer Sprache.
Herausgegeben im von Deutschland besetzten Frankreich; Haubourdin, den 26. April 1915.
Die Passierscheine müssen bis zum 1. Mai 1915 im Rathaus präsentiert werden, um eingetragen und numeriert zu werden. Wer einen Passierschein erhalten möchte, muss sich ab sofort im Rathaus vorstellen.

"Arrêté
1. Tous les laissez-passer doivent être présentés jusqu’au 1er Mai 1915, à la Mairie pour être inscrits et numérotés.
Les porteurs de laissez-passer non inscrits jusqu’à cette date seront punis d’amende et privés de leur laissez-passer.
2. Dorénavant les personnes qui veulent obtenir des laissez-passer doivent se présenter à la Mairie où le laissez-passer sera formulé, ensuite ils se rendront pour la signature aux heures de bureau au Commandement de Place."
