Description

"Alu-Sandale". Die ehemalige Besitzerin dieser Sandale stammt aus Quedlinburg, von wo sie 1945 mit ihrer Familie in den Westen geflohen ist.
Sie besaß damals nur ein Paar feste Winterschuhe. Im Sommer konnten ihre Eltern für sie Sandalen aus Aluguss erwerben und sie war sehr stolz auf ihre „silbernen Sandalen“. Obwohl ein Schuh im Laufe der Jahre verloren ging, war diese übrig gebliebene Sandale so kostbar, dass sie bis 2009 aufbewahrt wurde, bevor sie ins Museum kam.
