Description

Die Doppeltafel zeigt ein Selbstbildnis des Künstlers mit einer schwarzen Augenbinde in einem Sessel, deren Motiv mehrfach variiert umgesetzt wurde. Inhaltlich bezieht sich die Darstellung auf eine Szene aus dem Film "Zufall" von Hans Peter Böffgen, in dem Schleef als Darsteller fungierte. Er spielt darin einen Mann , der für die Unterquerung des Atlantik trainiert und dafür tagelang mit verbundenen Augen in einem Sessel sitzt.
