Im Schreiben teilt Schuld den Verkäufern des Geschäftshauses Ecke Hauptstraße/Ellig dem Verkäufer Carl Schmitz in Bad Godesberg mit, dass er die Kaufsummenzahlung eingestellt hätte und bittet den Verkäufer den Hypothekeneintrag im Grundbuch löschen zu lassen. Zum Dokument ist der Posteinlieferungschein vorhanden.
