Der Knopf einer Uniform oder Livree eines Bediensteten der Herrschafdt Solms Baruth fand sich in einer Knopfbox der Großmutter von Thomas Schäfer, Luckau. Es trägt das Wappen der Grafen zu Solms-Baruth mit der Fürstenkrone (neun perlenbesetzte Zinken in der Rangkrone). Insofern lässt sich der Knopf datieren auf die Zeit ab 1888. 1888 wurde Graf Friedrich III. zu Solms-Baruth in den Fürstenstand erhoben.
