Das einseitige Extrablatt gibt die Bestimmungen zur Abrüstung des Besatzungsheeres bekannt.

U. a. wird festgelegt, wer sofort zu entlassen ist, dass die militärische Ausbildung sofort zu stoppen ist, wie mit den Truppenpferden umzugehen ist und dass die Truppenteile in der Pfalz vollständig abzurüsten sind.
