Erstes im Fließbandverfahren hergestelltes Schleppermodell. Wurde als konkurrenzlos günstiger Massentraktor in hohen Stückzahlen gefertigt und in zahlreiche Länder exportiert. Die von Henry Ford entwickelte Blockbauweise mit Hinterachse, Getriebe und Motor in einer selbsttragenden Einheit war für viele Jahrzehnte das Standardbaumuster bei vielen Traktorenherstellern weltweit.
