Dieser Schrank mit verglastem Aufsatz stammt aus dem Nachlass von Prof. Karl Gotthelf Krumbholz. Er soll den Schrank aus England, wo er einige Zeit arbeitete, mitgebracht haben. Er ist mit Intarsien und Steinapplikationen mit der Inschrift : “A THING OF BEAVTY IS A JOY FOR EVER” ausgestattet. Dies ist die erste Zeile des Gedichtes „Endymion“ von John Keats (1795-1821), das erstmals 1818 veröffentlicht wurde.
