Dieser gerahmte und in Glasmalerei ausgeführte Geburtstagsglückwunsch gilt Carl Gottlieb Hoffmann, dessen Geburtstag sich am 2. April 1865 zum 45. Mal jährte. Hinter dem Namen ist das Wort "Harfenist" zu lesen, das veraltet Harfenspieler bedeutet. Die Glückwünsche entsendet sein Lehrling Carl Gottfried Ganther.
