Description

Runde Medaille aus Bronze mit erhöhtem Rand, am oberen Rand eine angelötete, gewöhnliche Öse.

Auf der Vorderseite Mittig die preußische Königskrone, umlaufend im Halbkreis die Schrift:
"Treue Dienste bei der Fahne".
Auf der Rückseite mittig die römische Zahl "XII" (12). Die breiten Teile der Zahl sind quer schraffiert.
Ohne Band.
Wurde gestiftet durch Kaiser und König Wilhelm II. am 4. Juli 1913
