Das Gasthaus hieß bis 1975 "Zu den drei Linden",
ab 1975 bis Ende 2001 Gasthaus Lübbering .

Zu der Gaststätte ist im Kreismuseum Syke ein Fragebogen des Projekts "Das Gaststättenwesen im Landkreis Diepholz " vorhanden. Zusätzlich sind im Kreismuseum 20 Anlagen vorhanden, darunter auch:

- Gruppenfoto von einem Tanzkurs auf dem Saal des Gasthauses Lübbering von 1958.
- Foto: Der in den Jahren um 1950 bestehende Braker Boxclub trainierte bei Lübbering auf dem Saal.
- Rechtfertigung der GEMA für eine Tantiemenrechnung für eine Tanzveranstaltung am 14.03.1954.
- Genehmigung des Bürgermeisters für den Silvesterball 1957.
- Plakat: Öffentliche Einladung des Festwirts Lübbering zum Erntefest 1986. Am Vortrag gab es Disco für die Jugend.
