Karte im Querformat. Auf der Vorderseite: Bildnis zerstörter Gebäude, im Hintergrund ist eine Landschaft abgebildet.
Bildüberschrift lautet: "St. Remy". Auf der Rückseite: Adressat: "Frau Selma Kantlehner Cöln am Rhein Aachenerstraße 28. II", Poststempel vom 29. Mai 1916, handschriftlicher Text.

Transkription:
"Sonntag, d.28.05.1916/ L. Frau und Kinder!/ Neues weiß ich/ dir heute nichts zu schreiben,/ sende dir daher nur/ herzlichste Grüße, eben/ deine Karte vom 26. erhalten,/ mittlerweile wirst du auch/ meine 2 Briefe, vom Donners-/ tag u. gestern Samstag/ erhalten haben. Nun noch-/ mals sind mir alle herzl./ gegrüßt von Eurem/ Vater/ Ernst."
