Häuslingsvertrag von 1950 zwischen dem Bauern Wilhelm Hülsemeyer und dem Häusling Adolf Rohls betreffend der Häuslingsstelle Groß-Mackenstedt 9a. Dieses Häuslingsverhältnis hatte bis dahin schon viele Jahre bestanden und wird nunmehr schriftlich fixiert. Sehr interessant sind vor allem die Gründe, die zu einer fristlosen Kündigung vom Verpächter für den Häusling führen können und die Klausel über das Nutzungsrecht an den Obstbäumen. Kopie des "Pacht- und Werkvertrages" wurde im Kreismuseum Syke in M4 "Stuhr" Groß-Mackenstedt hinterlegt.
