Der großformatige Plakataufsteller diente wohl in erster Line zur Schaufensterdekoration für Spirituosenhändler. Mit sanfter Ironie wird auf die Hauptzielgruppe der Hammer-Produkte verwiesen: den gehobenen Wohlstandsbürger mitten im Wirtschaftswunders der noch jungen Bundesrepublik.
