- 1889 Mitbegründer der "Deutsch-Österreichischen Mannesmannröhren-Werke AG", hier 1890-1904 im Aufsichtsrat
- 1900 Dr.-Ing. E. h. der TH Dresden
- Grab auf dem Neuen Annenfriedhof in Dresden-Löbtau
