Dargestellt ist ein stehender Mann in einem schwarzen Talar mit großer Halskrause. Den rechten Arm hat er vor dem Körper angewinkelt, den linken hält er hinter den Körper. Er trägt kinnlange, in der Mitte gescheitelte Locken. Das Porträt wird von einem Oval mit einem Schriftzug oben und einem Wappen unten eingerahmt. Das Oval steht auf einer viereckigen Basis, die mit einer Inschrift versehen ist (s.o.)
