Dargestellt ist ein leicht nach links gedrehter Mann. Er trägt einen schweren, weiten Mantel. Mit beiden Händen hält er ein Buch vor seinem Körper. Er hat einen sehr langen Koteletten- und Kinnbart. Auch die Oberlippe ziert ein Bart. Der Mann hat kurze, glatte Haare. Rechts über ihm ist ein Schriftzug angebracht und links oben eine Zahl. Zudem ist eine Beschriftung unter dem Porträt zu sehen.
