Belt for sword (Dao)

Description

The belt is decorated with cowries and is fitted with a wooden scabbard to hold the sword (dao), which is worn on the back. The dao is used as a tool and as a weapon in battle and headhunting. The Miri in Arunachal Pradesh are no longer considered members of the Naga.
