Schlichtes Plakat (schwarz/ weiß) mit Veröffentlichung der Rede Wilhelm II. zur feierlichen Eröffnung des Deutschen Reichstages am 25. Juni 1888; Hintergrund ist der Machtantritt Wilhelm II. im Jahr 1888, nachdem am 09. März 1888 sein Großvater, Wilhelm I., und am 15. Juni 1888 sein Vater, Friedrich III., verstorben waren. Das Jahr 1888 ging als sog. "Dreikaiserjahr" in die Geschichte ein.
