Plakat (schwarz-weiß-signalrot) gegen England (als Krake dargestellt) in Form einer Landkarte. Der Titel lautet "Freiheit der Meere". Britische Eroberungen von 1609 bis 1917 werden unterhalb der Karte aufgelistet. Der letzte Eintrag lautet auf "Kronstadt 1917"
