Motiv: Zweiflügeliger Altaraufsatz mit geschnitzten Bildmotiven, u.a. Apostel, Mondsichelmadonna und zwei Heiligen sowie einer Abbildung von Jesus Christus mit Dornenkrone und zwei Engeln auf der Predella.
Im Hintergrund Chorabschluss und Kreuz mit Jesus.
