Vorderseite: in der Mitte Männerportrait nach links blickend, Randumschrift: Georg Prinz Regent 1815,
Rückseite: in der Mitte Brustharnisch mit Fahnen, darunter Waterloo Jun XVIII, darunter halber Lorbeerkranz, Randumschrift "Hannoverscher Tapferkeit", auf dem Rand folgende Gravur: Soldat HR. Warnecke Landwehr Bataillon Verden, mit Band, wurde an alle, die an der Schlacht bei Waterloo am 18. Juni 1815 teilnahmen, verliehen. Es wurden etwa 23.000 ausgegeben. Gestiftet im Dezember 1817.
