Mauerbackstein mit Stempelungen

Description

Der Mauerbackstein weist auf seiner Oberseite zwei verschiedene Stempelungen auf. Zum einen trägt er einen zeittypischen, tiefem Abdruck eines dreieckigen Stempels, zum anderen einen akkadischem Inschriftstempel von Anu-uballit Kephalon, der der Oberste der Verwaltung des Anu-Antum-Tempels war. Diese Inschrift besagt, dass Anu-uballit Kephalon den Tempel "für das Leben" Antiochos III. errichten ließ.
