Querformat. Am oberen Rande links in Wolkenmandorla stehende Mutter Gottes, in der Rechten das Kind, in der Linken das Zepter. Rechte Bildseite angedeutete Außenwand einer Kapelle. Im Vordergrund der Bildmitte in Betbank knieender Mann, Hintergrund Landschaft mit Bergen, darin ein Haus mit kleinem Glockentürmchen. Von dem Dach dieses Hauses stürzt ein Mann. Links auf weißem Feld: "Jose Neubauer v. Hochburg welch d Glokenzuk machte, durch unglüklicher Weise v. dem Dache Sürtze, u. dadurch 3 Rippen ledirte, durch Fürbitte Gnädig erhöret worden A 1859".
