Hochformat. Obere Bildhälfte in Wolken thronende Mutter Gottes, rechts das Zepter, links das Kind mit Kugel. Unten Kircheninneres, durch die Tür Ausblick in Landschaft mit Bergen. Links kniet eine schwarz gekleidete Frau, rechts zwei bayrische Infanteristen. Über dem Kopf des einen ein Kreuz. Unter der Darstellung auf Schriftband: "Eine Wittwe ruft zu Maria um Hilfe und Trost, für Ihre 2 Söhne N. N. um glückliche Heinkehr aus dem Kriege. EX VOTO 1870."
