Hochformat.Oben in Lichtloch mit breitem Wolkenkranz schmerzhafte Mutter Gottes. Sitzend, rotes Kleid, blauer Mantel, den Leichnam Christi mit Rosenkranz um Stirn auf dem Schoß, ein Schwert im Herzen. Unten kniet in angedeuteter Gebirgslandschaft Mann mit Hut unter dem Arm. Links Kartusche: "EX VOTO 1826". Unter der Darstellung rotgerändertes weißes Schriftfeld: Anton Lechner von Oberau, aus Binzgau, verrichtet in gewissen Anliegen, seine Andacht bey der schmerzhaften Mutter Gottes Maria.
