Querformatiges Blatt. Auf der Vorderseite die Abbildung eines Bahnhofs "Abreise aus der Heimat zur Weltausstellung in Chicago". Im Vordegrund ein Mann mit einem Mädchen, welches ihm eine Kaffeepackung anbietet.
Auf der Rückseite oben Werbung für Kaffee-Zusatz (echter Feigen-Kaffee), darunter "Nota", Rechnungsaufstellung für verschiedene Waren, u.a. Kuchen und Wurst, ausgefüllt mit Bleistift.
Unter der Darstellung rechts: Friedr. Schoembs, Offenbach a.M.
