Darunter handschriftlich mit schwarzer Tinte Text: "Herr Emil Gremler, geb. am 19. Februar 1886 // zu Wolmirstedt, war vom 1. October 1912 bis 30. Sep- // tember 1913 in meinem Colonialwarengeschäft , verbunden // mit Destillation und Weinhandlung, als Verkäufer tätig. // Herr Gremler war während dieser Zeit fleißig, ehrlich // und solide was ich gerne bescheinige. // Sein Austritt erfolgt auf eigenen Wunsch. // Salzwedel d. 30. September 1913. // Emil Ehlert".
Darunter in rotem Wachs Siegelabdruck: ovaler Kreis mit den Buchstaben "E. F.".
