Querformat. In der Umrandung des Schriftfeldes oben Intiale A des Sächsischen Königs Albert.
An der SeiteTrophäen und am Sockel je zwei schießende Soldaten. Unterrand mit Schießscheinben und Anzeigetafeln d. Königl Sächs. Scützen (Füselier-) Regiment. "Prinz Georg" No 108. Bescheinigt wird vom Kompanieführer dem Gefreiten Einj.Freiw. Edgar Haase der Erwerb des einfachen Schützenabzeichen.
