Hochformat. In der Mitte das Foto des Reservisten in aus Zelluloid geprägter Umrahmung aus Lorbeer, Eichenlaub und Fahnen. Darüber Brustbild Kaiser Wilhelm I. in Chromolithografie, verziert mit getrockneten Blumen (u.a. Edelweiß).
Unten im Druck: "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit", verteilt auf dem Bild in Stickerei "Reserve 1905 / Ruft einst das Vaterland/ uns wieder/ als Reservist als Landwehrmann / So legen wir die Arbeit nieder / und folgen treu der Fahne dann."
Vormuseal neu eingerahmt mit Passepartout in Wechselrahmen mit Goldleiste.
