Querformat. Im Mittelfeld Schrift: "Besitz-Zeugnis. Der Musketier Karl Robert Paul Reinke der 8ten Kompanie 1. Ermländischen Infanterie-Regiments Nr.150 hat sich für gute Leistungen im Schießen das Schützenabzeichen 1=malige Auszeichnung erworben, worrüber ihm dieses Besitz-Zeugnis ausgestellt wird. Allenstein den 19ten August 1910. Siemering, Hauptmann & Kompagnie-Chef."
Um das Mittelfeld verschiedene Darstellungen: schießende Soldaten, Schießscheiben, dekoriert mit Fahnen und anderen militärrischen Attributen, umkränztes Wappen (Adler), Landschaft mit Soldaten. Auf der Rückseite Klebezettel:
"Ernst Ostrinski -Buu- und Kunst-Glaserei, mod. Bilder-Einrahmung, Mittenwalde (Mark) Große Straße 18"
Brauner Holzrahmen mit Goldverzierung.
