Querformat. Der oberste Leutnant und Commandant der 1ten Halb Invaliden Compagnie bescheinigt dem aus Sonnenwalde (Niederlausitz) gebürtigen Baumgärtel, dass er 20 Jahr 2 Monate im Linieninfanterie-Regiment gedient habe, dann 20 Jahre in der Invaliden Compagnie. Die vier Feldzugjahre werden doppelt gerechnet. Er hat also 26 Jahre 1 Monat als Gemeiner gedient und scheidet jetzt als 37jähriger aus der Armee aus, um als Schuhmacher zuarbeiten. Nette Bescheinigung seines Wohlverhaltens. Siegel der Compagnie und das von Loeben. Garnisonsstadt der Compagnie ist Waldheim.
