Hochformat. Auf straminartig gelochter Pappe ist der Spruch: "Mit Herz und Hand für´s Vaterland sind jederzeit wir gern bereit", gestickt. Aus gepresstem Papier ein Schilderhäuschen mit weiteren Verzierungen aufgeklebt, darin koloriertes Foto eins Ulanen. Aufgesetzte Seidenbänder als Fahnen und getrocknete Blumen, unten gedruckt: "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit."
"Ulan Galle, 4. Esc. 2. Garde Ulan. Rgt. 1910 - 1913".
