Das weiße Papierband ist schwarz bedruckt, "Zur Vermählungsfeyer Sr. Hoch und Wohlgeborenen des Maximilian Freyherr v. Friesen-Gröwitz mit Ihro Hochwohlgebornen der Fräulein Emilie v. Weynhardt gewidmet von H. G. H./ Dresden, den 28. Januar 1808". Es folgt eine Zweckinschrift in Reimform. Über und unter dem Text befinden sich Zeichnungen von Engeln. Alles ist mit einem Schmuckrahmen eingefasst.
