Description

Tartschenschild, geteilt. Oben ein wachsender Löwe nach links, unten ein gedrücktes Andreaskreuz. In den unteren Zwickeln ist die Jahreszahl 15 – 70 angebracht. Vermutlich Wappen des Johannes Maes (auch Johann Maß, Johann Maes), 1573—88 (mit Unterbrechungen) Bürgermeister von Köln.
Aus Köln, vermutlich vom Grundstück Heumarkt 54.

Material/Technique

Roter Ton, Flachrelief, engobiert, schwarze Glasur. Kante: leicht schräg. Oxidierend gebrannt.
