Paulus trägt einen üppigen Vollbart und lange Haare. Er hält in der Linken ein zum Boden gerichtetes Schwert und hat ein Buch unter den Arm geklemmt. Die rechte Hand ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Sie war ursprünglich erhoben, der Zeigefinger wies zum Himmel
