Description

Maria in einem blauen Gewand liegt auf einem Bett, in der Rechten die Weihkerze. Zwei Engel halten ihr das Kopfpolster.
Hinter dem Bett befinden sich neun Apostel in verschiedenen Haltungen, davor drei Apostel sitzend.
Auf der Rückseite der Silberkapsel ist eine Inschrift eingraviert:
PAVSATIO DEI PARAE/OSSI INSCVLPTA INCIPIENTE/SECVLO XVI OLIM INSERTA/FIBVLAE PLUVIALIS AD/VSVM FF PRAEDICATORVM/S MARIAE GRATIARVM/MEDIOLANI
