Die Jubiläumstafel ist aus naturbelassenem Holz hergestellt. Der Text ist eingeschnitzt: LPG "Ernst Thälmann", Ährenkranz in dem eine 25 steht, darunter steht Wolmirstedt. Das Schild wird nach unten etwas schmaler, die Ecken sind leicht abgerundet.
