Das Glättholz wurde in der Sattlerei zur Lederbearbeitung /Glättung verwendet. Es hat eine dreieckige Form, wobei die spitze Seite abgerundet ist. An der oberen Kante ist ein Loch, in dem ein Band eingefädelt wurde, zum Aufhängen des Glättholzes.
