Description

Die Zange hat lange runde Hebelarme, die zum Gelenk hin abgeflacht sind. Die Backen (Maul) sind abgerundet und zum Greifen angespitzt. Die Zange wurde vom Hufschmied benutzt, um die getragenen abgelaufenen Hufeisen vom Huf abzuziehen. Sie ist dem jeweiligen Huf angepaßt worden.
Sie wurde wahrscheinlich vom Schmied selbst hergestellt.
