Der Konfirmationsschein für Dorothe Lisette Auguste Kobert befindet sich in einem goldfarbenen, rechteckigen Rahmen.
Dorothea Lisette Auguste Kobert geboren Wolmirstedt am 16.07.1857, getauft am 09.08.1857, evangelisch-lutherisch konfirmiert am 02.April 1871. Um den Text sind biblische Szenen: Taufe Jesu, Kreuzigung Jesu, Heiliges Abendmahl, Auferstehung und Segnung der Kinder.
Die Urkunde ist auf einen blauen Hintergrund aufgeklebt.
