FIG. CCLXXXX.
The hair dressed in various forms and curls, à l’antique; enamelled
diadem, set in diamonds, placed on the top, and a white ostrich feather
on the left side. Round dress of dove-coloured silk, scolloped round the
train; long sleeves, with full tops; trimming of white lace round the
wrist. Queen Elizabeth´s ruff of point lace round the neck. Diamond
clasp in the front of the waist. Diamond necklace; pearl ear-rings.
White gloves. Dove-coloured shoes.
FIG. CCLXXXI.
The hair full dressed; light curls round the face, crossed with a
silver bandeau, ornamented with diamonds; esprit feather of black and
coquelicot, placed on the left side. Round dress of clear muslin; short
sleeves; the back, front, and sleeves, trimmed with coquelicot riband.
Apron of coquelicot and silver-striped muslin, tied behind with silver
cords and tassels; trimming of broad black lace round the bottom. Gold
ear-rings and necklace. White gloves and shoes.
