Description

Das weiße Band ist rot bedruckt. Es zeigt oberhalb einen Adler mit Krone und ausgebreiteten Schwingen, darunter den Text "Vivat" in verschlungener Schrift. Mittig ist ein Mann zu sehen welcher an einem Fahnenmast eine Fahne aufzieht, im Hintergrund eine Stadtansicht. Unterhalb befindet sich der Text "Breslau 1916 Opfertag" in einem Rahmen mit Verziehrungen hinterlegt. Den Abschluß bildet die Nennung des Zeichners oder Verlages der Name ist nicht vollständig lesbar (K. Manugen?).
