Grünes Band, schwarz bedruckt, oberhalb das Wappen von Danzig (2 Löwen halten ein Wappenschild, welches oben eine offene Krone zeigt und darunter 2 gleichförmige Kreuze. Am Fuß des Schildes ein Schleife mit der Inschrift " nic temere nic timide" - deutsch: weder unbesonnen noch furchsam), darunter Abbildung eines Kriegerdenkmals mit Inschrift "K F D Opfertag 1. Aug. 1915" Unterhalb des Denkmals in einem Medallion der Schriftzug "Kriegshilfe für Danzig"
