Description

Gewandbüste des römischen Kaisers Marcus Ulpius Traianus (53-117) nach dem antiken Original im Typus "Paris 1250-Mariemont". Der Kopf ist leicht nach links gewendet, über der Tunica trägt er ein auf der rechten Schulter gefilbeltes Paludamentum.
Das Inkarnat ist poliert. Die Büste steht auf einem 19 cm hohen Sockel.
Vorbild: Büste des Trajan im Museo Capitolino, Rom (KSDW)
