Teil von "Bildnisse der berühmtesten Menschen aller Völker und Zeiten. Supplementband zu jedem biographischen Wörterbuch, besonders zum Conversations-Lexikon" (35 Hefte mit 420 Bildnissen, Zwickau 1818-1832)

Vorlage: Brustbild nach links, wohl um 1780, verschollen (Berckenhagen Nr. 2)

Zahlreiche Bildnisse in dem weit verbreiteten Porträtwerk "Bildnisse der berühmtesten Menschen aller Völker und Zeiten. Supplementband zu jedem biographischen Wörterbuch, besonders zum Conversations-Lexikon" (35 Hefte mit 420 Bildnissen, Zwickau 1818-1832) folgen den Porträts Graffs bzw. Reproduktionsstichen nach Graff, so auch das Bildnis des Bibliothekars und Sprachforschers Adelung.
